Sakshi Tanwar, an Indian actress and television host, was born on January 12, 1973. She is most known for her roles in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on television. Dangal, a film starring Aamir Khan, was released in 2016. Tanwar rose to prominence after her television debut in 1998 with Albela Sur Mela, playing Parvati Agarwal in the serial opera Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. She played Priya Kapoor alongside Ram Kapoor in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain from 2011 till 2014. She made her third appearance on the reality show Kaun Banega Crorepati in December 2012.
